Toasts and Taps is proudly owned and operated by four mamas who are more than business partners—we’re family. Jodi Harada, mom to Dani Gonzales and Kalani Matkin, and Rachel Jones—affectionately known as “Aunt Rach”—have been best friends for 22 years. Their friendship began while working back-to-back at Albertson’s Fuel Center Operations and grew alongside their families. Rachel’s son, Caysen, and Jodi’s youngest, Colton, grew up together and remain childhood friends. Jodi’s girls have always shared a close bond, and together, we all dreamed of creating something truly special.
By day, each of us balances high-stress, full-time careers. Rachel works in the corporate grocery department at Albertsons, Kalani thrives in pharmaceutical sales, and Jodi and Dani serve clients in real estate. Outside of work, we’re busy mamas, a proud grandma, and devoted aunties who deeply value family, friendship, and time together.
Toasts and Taps was born from our shared desire to build something joyful—a fun, meaningful business designed to bring people together. We love celebrating life’s moments, big and small, and wanted to share that passion with our community. For us, this isn’t just a trailer—it’s a way to pour connection, laughter, and a little sparkle into every event.
